In Chennai, I met M. Enbasegar our Executive-CR. He and Ebenezer Bobson arrange for me to present my Short Talk, with FAQs to the Southern India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (one of India oldest CCI). This time around, the audience was mostly from the end-users segment; hence, their questions related to the true benefits of CC and ROI.
The audience was not large, but it was lively, making the presentation interesting for all participating.

During these two days, I gave an extensive CC advance awareness session The session concentrated on the point of view of TOE developer and ST writer. It was well received by the six participants and judged useful. Much of the time was spend referring to the Common Criteria Portal (http://www.commoncriteriaportal.org/) researching and reading ST, PP, and certified IT products list to gain a better appreciation of the tasks related to ST and TOE evaluations. Not lost on India was the fact that PP could be used to develop quickly RFP by end-users and for developers to assess rapidly the possibility of adopting a PP in product planning.
